Updating the user interface of the JOYDA mobile application.
Soon, all JOYDA users from SQB will be able to experience the new convenient format of the application.
We have taken into account all the individual preferences of our clients:
- Screen theme selection (in "Settings" choose between light or dark mode).
- Service options:
- For active users of banking services - the "pro" format, where you can open and manage online deposits and loans, and make advantageous installment purchases in the application's marketplace.
- "LITE" - for those who use the JOYDA app only for payment of services and money transfers.
- We have restored the ability to view balances for utility service accounts in the "Sweet Home" section, optimized payments, money transfer services, marketplace, and customer support chat, as well as many other important functional buttons for maximum user convenience.
- User identification can now be confirmed remotely, making it more comfortable for customers from other banks to make purchases in the marketplace.
